Property Cleanup in Winter Springs
We clear fallen limbs, overgrown brush, dead shrubs and yard junk, then haul it all away. If a storm made the mess, we photograph it before we touch anything, so you have a record for your insurance company and a clean yard.
A cleared yard and a record of what was there
Property cleanup is the big reset. It fits the yard that got away from you, the rental that sat empty for a season, or the lot covered in oak limbs after a summer storm. We cut back what is overgrown, pull what is dead and load the debris so it leaves with us, not on the curb for weeks.
When wind or a fallen tree caused the mess, the order of work matters. Adjusters want to see damage as it was. So before we move a limb, we take dated photos from a few angles and note what hit what: a fence, a shed roof, a row of shrubs. We don't decide what your policy covers and we won't tell you a claim will pay. We hand you clear pictures and a written list of the work, and you and your adjuster take it from there.
We are family-owned, business licensed and fully insured. That last part matters when a saw is running a few feet from your fence line.
What a cleanup covers
- Storm debris and fallen limbs
- We cut downed limbs to handling length, load them and haul them off. Broken limbs still hanging in the canopy come down if we can reach them safely. Whole trees and big removals go under our tree trimming and removal service.
- Brush and vine overgrowth
- Florida summers grow things fast. Air potato, smilax and Virginia creeper climb fences and swallow shrubs in one rainy season. We cut them back and pull roots where the ground allows, so they don't return by fall.
- Beds and borders reset
- Weeds pulled, dead plants dug out, edges recut so you can see where the lawn stops. If you want fresh cover afterward, our mulch and beds service picks up from there.
- Palm fronds and seed stalks
- Dead fronds, boots that dropped and fruit stalks get gathered and hauled. Trimming live palms is a separate job under palm tree pruning and removal.
- Haul-away of yard junk
- Broken pots, rotted landscape timbers, old lattice and leftover pavers go in the trailer with the green waste. We don't take paint, chemicals or fuel.
- Photos and a written work list
- Every storm cleanup comes with dated before and after photos and a line-by-line list of what we did. Keep it with your claim paperwork.
Signs your yard needs a full cleanup
Limbs down after a storm
If branches are on the roof, the fence or the lawn, get photos now and get them cleared before they rot and stain the grass.
Vines on the fence or the walls
Once vines reach the eaves or pull a fence panel out of line, a quick trim won't fix it.
You can't find the bed edges
When grass, weeds and shrubs have all run together, it is time to start over and set clean lines.
A move, sale or new tenant
An overgrown yard drags down a listing or a move-in. One cleanup gets it ready to show.
Piles that hold water
Brush and junk piles trap rainwater and give mosquitoes and rodents a home close to your house.
How a cleanup day runs
- 1
Free walkthrough
We walk the yard with you and mark what stays and what goes. We note sprinkler heads, low wires and anything you care about.
- 2
Photos first, then a written estimate
If there is storm damage, we document it before anything moves. You get the estimate written out item by item, so there are no surprise charges.
- 3
Cut, clear and load
We start with the hazards, like hanging limbs, and work outward. Sprinkler heads get flagged and we lay boards under wheels when the sandy ground is soft after rain.
- 4
Rake out and final walk
We rake the beds, blow off the driveway and walks, and walk the yard with you before we leave. You get the photo set the same visit.

What moves the price of a cleanup
We price every cleanup only after seeing it in person. The walkthrough costs you nothing, and the estimate breaks out what each part of the job runs. If the job is a big one, you can spread it out: we can finance amounts as high as $100,000, with terms anywhere from two to twelve years and no penalty for paying it off early.
- How much is there
- Trailer loads drive the cost more than anything. A few limbs and a weedy bed is a short job. A backyard buried under a fallen oak is a long one.
- Getting to it
- A wide gate and an open side yard make for quick loading. Narrow gates, pool cages and fenced backyards mean more hand carrying.
- What the material is
- Green brush is light and bulky. Oak wood and palm trunks are heavy and slow to cut and move.
- Roots and vines
- Cutting vines at the ground is fast. Digging out root crowns and thick runners takes more time, and it is what keeps them from coming back.
Property cleanup questions
Something not covered here? (407) 499-8081
Should I wait for the adjuster before cleaning up?
Take your own photos first, wide shots and close ones. Clearing a real hazard, like a limb blocking the driveway, is usually reasonable, but ask your insurance company what they want before a full cleanup. If you call us first, we photograph everything before we start. We don't act as your adjuster or speak for your insurer.
Will my insurance pay for the cleanup?
That depends on your policy. Many policies treat debris differently depending on whether a tree hit a covered structure like a fence or the house. We can't promise coverage. What we can do is give you dated photos and an itemized estimate, which is what your adjuster will ask for.
Do you take everything away?
We haul off the yard waste and ordinary junk like broken pots, old timbers and leftover pavers. We don't take paint, chemicals, fuel or household trash. If something on site is not ours to haul, we tell you at the walkthrough.
Will the trailer and equipment tear up my lawn?
We flag sprinkler heads before we start and lay boards under wheels when the ground is soft. If anything does get damaged, we point it out to you before we leave.
How is this different from seasonal cleanup?
Seasonal cleanup is a routine refresh on a yard that is already in decent shape. Property cleanup is a bigger, one-time job for storm damage or a yard that has gone wild. Many people start here and move to seasonal cleanup or lawn care afterward.
