About Our Landscaping Crew in Winter Springs

We take care of yards, trees and outdoor spaces around your home. We also help when a storm tears through, with clear photos and plain notes on what was damaged. We do not decide your claim. We give you a straight record so you can talk to your insurer with facts.

Why We Write Things Down

Most of our days look like any landscaping crew's. We mow, edge, trim hedges, lay sod, set pavers and fix sprinkler zones. That steady work keeps a yard healthy, and it is still most of what we do.

Storms change the job. After high winds, a yard can have a split limb on the fence, a palm with a snapped crown, a cracked paver walk and sprinkler heads torn out by a falling branch. The question we hear most after that kind of day is simple: what do I tell my insurance company? We built the answer into how we work.

Before we cut, haul or grind anything, we photograph the damage from a few angles, note what was hit and write down what it will take to fix. You get that record along with a written estimate. Your adjuster makes the call on coverage. Our part is to show what happened in your yard clearly and honestly, with nothing added and nothing left out.

How We Work on Your Property

  • Photos before the saw starts

We take pictures of downed trees, broken limbs and damaged beds before any cleanup. Once debris is hauled off, it is hard to prove what was there. You keep copies of everything.

  • Line-item estimates

Every estimate lists the work piece by piece: tree removal, stump grinding, sod, irrigation repair and hauling. You see what each part costs, and you can hand the same sheet to your insurer.

  • No coverage promises

We do not tell you what your policy pays for, and we do not act as your adjuster. If we are not sure a repair is storm related, we say so.

  • Repair or replace, straight

A leaning tree is not always a lost tree. A torn-up lawn often needs patching, not a full resod. We tell you which, even when the smaller job is the right one.
